  1. Open Media Catcher
  2. Click on tools - settings
  3. Make sure Capture Flash RTMP streams is highlighted
  4. Click Plug-in options
  5. The second box is the FLV timestamp increment, you may need to play with this a little, but usually set it around 500 for live streams.
