I posted about this problem at that other place...
I changed back to using:
rtmpdump-win32-2.2b.exe
with 15.69 .bat & I haven't had problems resuming downloads. I was having hassles with the later
rtmpdumps.
(forget that - it was working this morning - now stuffed again)
