Easy Alternative: CACHE RIPPING
I prefer the manual method for ripping music from MySpace and sites like YouTube for that matter. This method works for sites that are dumb enough to store their streaming content in your cache (there's a surprisingly large number of such sites). I sometimes crack up when sites use a great deal of anti-ripping scripts but stream the data directly into your cache

.
**Works for Firefox**
1) Clear you cache.
2) Play the song once through.
3) In a new tab or window, type "about
:cache?device=disk" into the address bar to show the cache entries.
4) Search through the list. You might want to search for "mp3" or relevant terms to speed up the process. You will come across a relatively large file (usually > 1 000 000 bytes).
5) Click on the blue link of the cache entry. This reveals the location and file name of the cache file. Extract the cache file from your harddrive and give it the file extension ".mp3", if that doesn't work - try ".wma".
