What a silly mistake.

I had been working over the directory
C:\Documents and Settings\CCUC DOCS\My Documents\BOOKS\Bill Staton
Instead of
C:\Documents and Settings\CCUC DOCS\My Documents\BOOKS\Bill Staton\eBook

Now that I found my mistake, it is working great!
