Skype 4.2 beta was first released in December, 2009, which begins to support "30 frames per second" 720p video calling at a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. I and my partner have Skype-certified HQ web-cams (Quickcam Pro 9000 and Logitech QuickCam Orbit). We have 100 Mb Internet connection and dual core / quad-core CPUs. We tested video calling and it looks very good. But how can we record 720p 30fps HD videos?
