Try to close your your browser, and re-open it a few seconds later.

Sometimes,when you switch audio devices while your browser is open, it continues to send audio to the previous source instead of outputting audio to a newly connected HMDI audio device. Some applications can notice the change and switch without restarting, but you should usually restart your browser.
