Problem with video: web-cams freezing on chat roulette?

I have problem with video on chatroulette.com. My partners's web-cams freeze on chat roulette. Like sometimes they'll ask me a question and before I answer it freezes. Does it necessarily mean they clicked next or what? Is something wrong with my computer? Can I fix this?
