Connecting to DVR

What I have:

TM8-Pro Multi-Camera DVR
Linksys BEFSR41 V3 router
PC running Windows XP
RemoteManager (remote viewer program)

What I am trying to accomplish:

View DVR from the LAN (specifically, the PC)

What I have done so far:

I have been able to establish a local static IP for the DVR, as well as fill in the rest of the information. I have set up forwarding for the necessary ports 80 and 6100. I have also successfully installed RemoteManager. So far so good.

My Problem:

I can't connect to the DVR. I am not able to access it through either a Web browser or the remote management software itself. When I attempt to connect to the local IP address through a Web browser, it attempts to reach dvrlink.net to no avail. When I attempt to use the software, I get DVR System error(1004) when attempting to connect through port 6100, or DVR System error(1003) when attempting to connect through port 80. At this point I've tried everything I can think of. Can someone please help me?
