Recording iPad version of Netflix video in Windows

Netflix videos can be watched on an iPad with a free application from Apple Store. Does anybody know the format of Netflix videos used on an iPad? Do they use h.264 HTML5 videos? And can we get a URL of such a video in Windows and download them?
