Are there more web-sites to watch free TV shows other than Hulu, YouTube and Fancast? I would like to watch not only streaming TV shows and TV episodes of the present, but also past TV shows and TV episodes that are gone/cancelled.

Also I'm looking for a site to view shows from HBO, Showtime, FX, Cinemax, Starz, and other basic/premium channels.
