My 16 year old daughter was on chat roulette yesterday with her girl friend of hers and was watching a video on a man who was naked showing his tiny penis to them. Obviously he is a pervert but the site allows 16 years old. She is a minor! Hows is that legal Is there anyway this can be monitored? Do these people even get in trouble for showing pornographic or lewd visuals. I went in and now banned the site from our computer but am afraid of other similar sites. How can guys or women for that matter get away with doing this? Someone please help.
