Just go into the Control Panel and enable your Stereo Mix:
  • Open "Sound "
  • Click on the "Recording" tab
  • Right click on the window and select "Show disabled devices".
  • You should see "Stereo Mix"
  • Simply enable and set the "Stereo mix" to default and you should be able to record what is being output.
