It is a simple HTTP .mp3 stream. You can copy it from the cache of your web-browser.

Or you can use freeware URL Snooper to find the URL of the stream and download it with your web-browser or any download manager.

And you can web stream ripping software like Replay Media Catcher, Jaksta.
