how to capture "GoToMeeting" webinar sessions

Hi,
I'm new to this Forum.

Would like suggestions on how to capture "GoToMeeting" webinar sessions (audio and video together or separately) which I attend as a guest.
I use a PC running Windows XP Home, SP3).
Can you advise? Any help or guidance much appreciated.
