How can I download the flv/mp4 over RTMP from ABC's iView, Hulu,... on Mac OS X

How can I download the flv/mp4 over RTMP from ABC's iView, Hulu,... on Mac OS X?

Also any advice on discovering the correct rtmp / rtmpe url's to fetch the files would be appreciated.
