Skype Sound Problem: Counterpart can't hear me, but Sound Wizard detects voice

My voice is being detected in Skype under Call >> Learn About Call Quality >> Sound Wizard, but the person at the other end cannot hear me, nor will my voice record on Audacity.

Anyone have a solution?
