Can't find Stereo Mix in Audacity (Windows 7 / Vista)?

i just dl audacity i wanna record streaming audio.. how ever i cant find the stereo mix option?

other than my sound card i am running a m-audio fast track ultra...with yamaha hs50 monitors...i do not wanna record thru my condnser mic...what am i doing wrong?
