WM Recorder in the PRO mode and freeware WebVideoCap are Windows Media Recorders that I recommend.

However in this case, you can just right click on the WMV link and select "Save as..." in your web-browser. It will be downloaded by your browser.

You can also copy the link and download the video with any download manager.
