Problem recording/capturing Skype video with audio (voice and video out of sync)

Hi,

Anybody has success capturing/recording Skype video and audio and save it as a MPEG-2, MPEG-4, MPEG-4 AVC (H.264)? When I try to use screen video capture software I get voice and video out of sync?
