I have used your product and have been thus far been very happy with it. I only purchased it for use on the HULU website and purchased it with lifetime upgrades.
For the past four weeks there have not been any updates to correct the issues experienced with Hulu.com. But you are continuing to sell the product stating that it does.
Since you are not letting your customers know what the status of any future updates are, responding to my email request or following thru on your promise of updates; I can only conclude that you are knowingly defrauding the general public.
Odd that it has to come to this because you really do have a great product, when it works.
