I am running Windows Media Player Version 11.0.5721.5268. I checked for available version upgrades, message said this is the most current version.
I have enabled the Applian Audio Recorder PlugIn 1.01, and the RM PlugIn.
I do not see a Log file, and there is no mention of a Log file in the User Guide document that I downloaded from Applian. In the Program Files folder for
Replay Music, there is a text file called SamplesLog, contains a list of all of the downloaded tracks that I have deleted.
I already opened two separate support tickets with Applian. The first was really about a separate issue, which got resolved OK. In my last response to that ticket, I mentioned the problem with Windows Media Player, got no response back. So I opened a separate support ticket, also got no response back.
