Jaksta (in the RTMP packet capturing mode) and Grab Pro don't have any problems capturing RTMP video streams from 4tube.com and saving them to hard disk
p.s. You are probably right about downloading from 4tube, but avid users can try to download 4tube videos with
RTMP recorders or
RTMPE recorders like freeware command line application
rtmpdump.
