What program were you recording with?
You need to select the "Stereo Mix" / "Wave Out Mix" / "What you hear" as an audio recording source. If you don't want to record your voice, it is highly recommended to mute your microphone during recording.
If you can't find the "Stereo Mix" / "Wave Out Mix" / "What you hear" option in the mixer, please read the following:

Alternatively you can use
Replay Video Capture or
WM Capture. Both program have a universal audio driver so they can record audio even if you don't have a duplex sound card or audio drivers for your operating system with the Stereo Mix.
