You can find lots of information about both JW Player and Wowza Media server on their web-sites. Here are a couple of links that should help:

Wowza Media Server: How to publish and play a live stream (RTMP or RSTP/RTP based encoder)
You shouldn't have problems finding more about this now that you know what streaming media server and what streaming player you would like to use.
p.s.
If you can't set up live RTMP streaming with Wowza and JW Player, you can always
outsource your project via a freelance marketplace.
