well i finally figured out after searching a german message board.i have
Replay Media Catcher 3.0.1 installed and just had too downgrade the file "plugin_zrtmp.dll" to version 5.2.6.9. i just ran RMC then went too that cmt video,and it just popped up and started downloading with no problem.if anyone needs help with it,pm me.thanks
