Hi everyone. New here. Happy New Years!
For those frustrated here, it's by no means accidental or anything you're doing wrong. The options and sound settings you're looking for have been intentionally disabled by Microsoft in Windows Vista (and likely 7 too). I have a new laptop with Vista and have been recording streams for years with my other systems. Took me about 20 mins. tonight to finally realize what they've done. It should have dawned on me sooner but it's kinda late.
I guess it just took them a while to get to it.
