I can confirm that GetFLV Pro will in fact capture RTMPE streams, from Hulu anyway as of December 2009. Lots of programs that previously worked, like Replay Media Catcher, stopped working when Hulu switched to RTMPE, or can capture only low-quality streams. You can always use screen capture utilities of course, but I'm not a big fan since these will add another decode/recode process further degrading the image quality. They will work with just about anything though, including the Move Networks stuff that appears to have no other solution...
