Yea i use
odesk for some projects that i work on but it is hard getting the right workers from these places as they have been swamped with people claiming to be able to the job but then cant.
Could you have a quick look at this and tell me if i could stream live tv from my sat box with this box. Also is there such a thing as playing live tv or are these capture cards/boxes do the same i.e play back what it sees on my tv screen to my com a few seconds or minutes later ? As i read about all these different terms and it gets confusing.
