It is very easy to record/download/capture/save http:// .FLV videos.

You can even download the video with your browser or copy it from its cache. If you find stream URL, stop playing the stream (or better close the browser /browser tab) and download. You can use Replay Media Catcher, for example.

Alternatively you can use software that allows to capture packet from adobe flash player, for example: Video History Tool of Jaksta Free Media Recorder or Web Stream Dumper of Replay Media Catcher.
