How to merge recorded media (audio, video, images) from a videoconference

Hello,

I'm not entirely sure if I'm in the right forum, but it concerns video conferencing so I guess it's fine
I hope someone has an idea to my problem... my search on the www was rather disappointing so far

I've got a p2p video conferencing software where the streams shall be recorded and later merged together.
I was thinkig of recording the streams on a server, where they are stored and take those files and merge it into one video..

I'm looking for an automatic solution to merge varios media streams into one video stream. Like for example, audio and video streams as well as images produced in a video conference...
does a software solution exist that is intelligent enough to combine the recorded data (audio, video, images)?

I hope someone understand what I'm trying to say and has some idea or so
