BBC iPlayer uses different ports. I tried several times and most of the time the 80 port was used. I removed the HTTP monitoring and added RTMP monitoring for the port 80 in
Jaksta and it captured the audio. Although I didn't manage to download the rtmp:// .flv stream with it.
You can use freeware
CurrPorts to find out the port number. See the "Remote port" number for your browser and the "fcdsXXX.frf.llnw.net" remote host.
