DRM removal software is intended to be used with legally purchased files. I haven't seen any programs that can remove DRM protection from live streams except for screen video capture software.

You can record anything with your web-cam, but I don't think the quality will be good enough.

I'm not familiar with camtasia live feeds, but it may work.
