BeSplit is another option. It can fix, cut and split WAV/AC3/AAC/MPA/MP3/MP2/MP1 files. It allows you to add several splitting points. I wish it had a wave similar to the one that MP3DirectCut offers.

Please note that
MP3DirectCut is a
direct sound recording software, so it records from your sound card. In many cases it is better to download streams, because this allows you to record several streams simultaneously plus you can use your sound card when downloading any media content.
