 Problem with Bit Recorder: flash video playing too fast

i use Bit Recorder to record some live shows on justin.tv,but the captured stream plays too fast,is there any way to fix it?

p.s the intention of this thread is talk about how to fix flv file,no need to mention other recorders because i knew they can also record from justin.tv
