I am looking for a solution to capture audio from an Osprey capture to MP3 or M4A format for podcast.

I have tried an number of different solutions and have not fund the answer. Most solutions require a sound card. The solution must run on a server and be able to schedule.

Or a way to transcode RM video/audio files into MP3 or M4A formats, audio only. I have tried 3 software solutions and they all have consistency problems.
