It seems like there are no general suggestions here. Your log file needs to be analyzed. I recommend you to submit a support ticket at applian.com and attach your log file. You may also PM it to me and I will re-send it to the developer.

To get your log file:
In RM's settings just click on the "Output" tab and there are buttons that say "Display Log" or "Open Log folder". You can either click "Display Log" and just cut and paste the info and PM it to me. Or click "Open Log Folder" and then just PM me the file as an attachment.
