FairUse4wm 1.3 fix for Windows Media Player 11 Final

Someone called "monkey boy" posted a fix for FairUse4wm 1.3 so now it supports Windows Media Player 11 final.

Many doom9 forum members confirm that it works, but not with WMP v11.0.5497.6285 or higher. You may use it at your own risk
