I haven't seen viodentia, the developer of Fairuse4WM, at doom9 forums for a while. He might be busy or he might have legal problems, who knows. But it is possible that we won't see any new versions of the software. And unfortunately the source code of FairUse4WM is not available so nobody can continue his job.
