Unlike streaming video rippers suggesting a screen video capture software is much more difficult. IMHO the process of evaluation of this software is more subjective. Some people really like WM Capture, but I saw some people having audio/video sync problem (it works fine for me). Some people like Camtasia, but almost everyone agrees that it is overpriced for recording online videos.

I would recommend to start with freeware CamStudio and see whether it works for you or not.

If you own WM Recorder, it might be a good idea to upgrade to the suite with WM Capture.

If you own some Applian products you may consider upgrading to the Replay Capture Suite that includes Replay Video Capture.

Both WM Capture and Replay Video Capture have an audio driver allowing you to record sound even on those computers that do not allow simultaneous sound playing and recording. It could be a precondition for you, could be not.

If you need screen capture software with a scheduler, you may try liteCam.

I also recommend you to read the following thread:
the Best Screen Capture Program (record ANY video from your screen)

And I highly recommend to try software before buying it!
