I tried Network Recording Player 2.3.1 for Windows and if I click File -> Convert, I do can start converting. I'm not really satisfied by the lack of any settings and that the player can convert to WMV and SWF only. Besides the converter is very very slow. But I haven't seen any alternatives.

Unfortunately I haven't seen any converters for Linux. You may try to use a Windows emulator.
Or just record your ARF files from screen with
screen video capture software.
