usually m3u file is used for mp3 playlists. It would be more helpful if you post or PM me the URL of the .mp3 file.

You may download .mp3 file by right-clicking on it and selecting "Save target as...". You may also download it any download manager. After downloading the .m3u file please open it with any text editor like Windows Notepad and analyze its content.
