I was able to view the video with an unprotected XP SP3 system and IE7 running in a VM.
Replay Media Catcher was not able to save the file. It reported:

I wasn't able to download this video with Grab Pro as well.
Many streaming video sites are now requiring secure players that will not allow downloads. I suspect the only thing you can do is use
screen video capture software.
