Try to record RTMP .flv stream with Replay Media Catcher (Windows) or Jaksta (Windows).

I haven't checked your stream, but I didn't have any problem downloading MP3 audio streams from NPR with Replay Media Catcher.

You may also use Jaksta. It allows you to capture packets coming to your flash player through the RTMP protocol.
