Forex TV offers RTMP .FLV video streams. The above mentioned Streaming Star products are not very good downloading such streams or finding RTMP URLs.
Bit Recorder from Streaming Star is slightly better, but I recommend you to try
Replay Media Catcher and
Jaksta.

Did you mean
URL Snooper? The latter program is not good at finding RTMP stream URLs. Try
Orbit Downloader or
NetXFer.

Did you mean Camtasia Screen Recorder?
Camtasia as a
screen video capture program records anything that you can see on your screen. It doesn't download/capture/rip stream. To get smaller files you may use other audio/video codecs and smaller video resolution.
