How do you rip XML subtitles that are not embedded into the video (rtmp stream)

The video I ripped (RTMP) has subtitles but they are not embedded into the video. I know where the XML file is but can I rip the subtitles with RMC? I tried using Web Stream Dumper but it didn't work. Do I have to convert the XML file to SRT?
