You can use WebStream Dumper of Replay Media Catcher to capture http streams from lala.com:
  • Go to Tools -> Settings
  • Disable "Capture HTTP media streams"
  • Enable "Web Stream Dumper"
  • Close Replay Media Catcher or reverse the changes of settings after recording.
