I opened a ticket and the 'solution' was to upgrade which I knew wouldn't work and guess what? It didn't.
As stated in my first post, I had tried with IE already. Since then, I've tried other browsers.... only the ads were recorded.
I like Firefox and most of what I need I've been able to record using one or two tools but ctv is a nuissance.
