Replay Media Catcher allows to capture HTTP packet from flash player. And you can use many other programs for that, one of them is freeware

The good thing about
Bit Recorder is that it can capture RTMP streams from your flash player. But the problem is that I wasn't able to reach their support recently. I haven't noticed any improvements recently and the program really needs them to support more web-sites. That's why I suggested other programs.
