I purchased Tunebite, and Soundtaxi and I am having trouble with both. When I try to convert a music video I usually only get less than 30 secs and sometimes the video is garbled and the music jumps around. I've tried everything I don't know if it's something I'm not doing or what! But I tell you this, If you try it for free and you THINK it works , you better make sure because they won't refund your money and it's impossible to contact anyone.
