I don't have any problem downloading live rtmp streams from freedocast.com with Replay Media Catcher 3.02. Please note that live streams are more difficult to record than on-demand ones, so you may prefer to use screen video capture software to record live streams.

You may also download this live RTMP stream with Jaksta. Also Jaksta allows you to capture RTMP .flv video streams so you may watch and record live videos at the same time (without creating separate threads for watching and downloading).
